Park Charges
| PRICE CHANGES |
The pitch fee is usually set in the autumn each year for the following season. Prices for gas, electric, water are in the hands of the suppliers.
We are notified of the rates charges in April annually.
Where applicable VAT is charge at the prevailing rate.

| PAYMENT |
Payment can be made by Standing Order over 10 months starting in January each year, or by cheque -half in January and half in April.
The utilities are charged for three times a year after your meters are read in June, September and January.
Local Authority Tax is billed in April each year.
For example - you would make 10 equal payments of the pitch fee starting in January each year, one payment of Local Authority Rates (non-domestic) in April and three payments for utilities one in June, one in September & one in January.

In addition to the above water, electric and gas are supplied through meters.
Electric is charged at 11.5p per unit including VAT at 5%.
Gas (propane) is charged at £2.20 per cubic meter plus VAT at 5%.
The combined Water & Sewerage charge is £2.96 per unit.

The Standard Pitch Fee on Broad Haven Holiday Park for 2010 for new customers is £2670
The Premium Pitch Fee on Broad Haven Holiday Park for 2010 for new customers is £4750
for pitches in the area behind the recption with views similar to those of our web cam. Only new caravan holiday homes this area.
To have a premium pitch you would have to buy a new caravan holiday home.
How much will the pitch fee increase next year?
For our existing customers we try and keep increases minimal, increase are usually slightly above inflation.
